IQF Technology

Individually Quick Freeze Your Product

Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology is the only process whereby, virtually all natural food properties of most of parent food stuffs can be preserved for longer duration of time.

IQF process reduces cellular damage, chills and freezes quickly and thus smaller ice crystals are formed which gives a longer shelf-life to the product. We uses cold air flow through our product to maintain its taste and texture.
